What information we collect

We collect your name, mobile number and address, only what you enter at checkout. We use it to deliver your order and to contact you about it.

Payment data

We don't store or see your card details. Payment is processed through an approved payment gateway, which is the only party that handles card data, over an encrypted connection.

Who we share it with

We share your name, address and mobile number with the shipping and fulfilment company, only to deliver your order. We don't sell or rent your data to any third party for marketing purposes.

Retention and your rights

We keep order data for as long as needed for warranty service and records. You can request a copy of your data, or ask us to delete it, via WhatsApp 9111 3737.

Cookies

We use operational cookies to save your cart contents, and we may use analytics tools to measure site performance. You can disable them in your browser settings.

Terms & Conditions

Prices and currency

All prices are in Kuwaiti dinar (KWD) and include tax where applicable. LUMIA Shower Head is KWD 28.000 each, and the price drops with quantity: 2 pieces KWD 26.000 each, 3 pieces KWD 24.000 each, 4 pieces KWD 22.000 each. The replacement filter is KWD 8.000 each or KWD 14.000 for two.

Ordering and confirmation

Your order is confirmed once payment succeeds. We contact you on your registered mobile number to arrange delivery. The customer is responsible for the accuracy of the address and mobile number.

Delivery

Delivery within Kuwait takes 24–48 working hours, for KWD 1.000 on all orders. Delays beyond our control (weather, operational circumstances) are not a breach of the agreement.

Limits of use

LUMIA Shower Head reduces chlorine, sediment and odours. It is a personal care product, not a medical device. The information shown is for product description purposes and is not medical advice.

Intellectual property

The name, logo, images and site content belong to LUMIA and may not be used commercially without written permission.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kuwait, and any dispute is referred to the competent Kuwaiti courts.

Returns and Exchanges

You can return the shower head within 30 days of receiving it, and we'll refund you using the same payment method within 3–7 working days of the product reaching us. Used filters cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
